Make the recipe from start to finish and become a latke master. Arrive for
cocktails & canapes to begin the festivities, then grate the potatoes, fry
them in sizzling oil and then enjoy a sit-down dinner with your latkes,
applesauce, and a special Chanukah three course menu. In
partnership with Slow Food, a global,
grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to prevent
the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions, a portion of the event
sales will be donated to the Slow Food organization.
